Giornata del Contemporaneo – Direzione Generale Creatività Contemporanea

Giornata del Contemporaneo is the major annual event promoted by AMACI - Associazione dei Musei d'Arte Contemporanea Italiani (Association of Italian Contemporary Art Museums) that involves museums, foundations, public and private institutions, galleries, studios and artists' spaces to recount the vitality of contemporary art in our country and to bring out, with force and in a single day, the network of subjects and realities that promote contemporary art throughout the year, both in Italy and abroad. It has the support of the Directorate-General for Contemporary Creativity of the Italian Ministry of Culture and the collaboration of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
