OPEN CALL L’ITALIA È UN DESIDERIO
Promoted by the Directorate-General for Contemporary Creativity and the Museum of Contemporary Photography for the selection of ten projects created by photographers and visual artists under 40 on the theme of the contemporary Italian landscape.

10 VIAGGI NELL’ARCHITETTURA ITALIANA EXHIBITION – ROMA
At the Museo Nazionale Romano - Palazzo Altemps, the exhibition brings together a selection of 110 images made by young photographers along ten itineraries and recounts the variety of Italy's contemporary architectural heritage.

At the Triennale Milano, the exhibition brings together a selection of 110 images taken by young photographers along ten itineraries and tells the story of the variety of Italy's contemporary architectural heritage.

ITALIA IN-ATTESA EXHIBITION
Thinking in images in the interrupted time of the pandemic, looking at the physical and mental landscape drawn by Covid-19. The exhibition is part of a broad action to promote the languages of Italian photography in the year of the pandemic: 2020FermoImmagine.

CITTÀ SOSPESE EXHIBITION
The exhibition "Città sospese. Italian UNESCO sites in the days of lockdown" presents the photographs taken by 4 photographers from the Ministry of Culture as part of 2020FermoImmagine, visual documentation project of Italy in the year of the pandemic.

REFOCUS. VISUAL ARCHIVE OF THE PANDEMIC EXHIBITION
Path of investigation and visual documentation of the Covid-19 pandemic by 40 young photographers who were selected through two public selections Refocus and Refocus #2 in 2020.

REFOCUS
Two open calls launched in 2020 for photographic projects by artists under 40 in reference to lockdown and post-lockdown. The project is part of a broad action to promote the languages of Italian photography in the year of the pandemic: 2020FermoImmagine.

GRANTS ON CONTEMPORARY PHOTOGRAPHIC CULTURE
The scholarships aim to encourage and foster the specialised training of scholars, critics, heritage management experts and curators in the field of contemporary Italian photographic culture.

PREMIO GHOST 2019
Award aimed at highlighting the figures active in digital photographic post-production who contribute, with their talent, to the realisation of the works of the photographers with whom they collaborate.

STRATEGIC PLAN FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF PHOTOGRAPHY IN ITALY 2018-2022
The DGCC, in the framework of its institutional competencies, has the task of editing the Strategic Plan for the development of photography in Italy, in order to determine new opportunities for Italian photography.

ABITANTI. SETTE SGUARDI SULL’ITALIA DI OGGI EXHIBITION
A collective reflection on the theme of contemporary living, with the collaboration of Triennale Milano and MUFOCO Museo di Fotografia Contemporanea and the participation of Geico.

Public commissioning project to entrust 7 young photographers with the task of creating new works on the theme of living, relating the transformations of photography to the profound changes affecting society and the landscape.
